Return Policy

Returns Eligibility

At Shreyashdeep, we ensure quality in every product. However, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong item has been delivered

Return Request Time

  • Customers must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof (photo/video) of issue may be required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and religious reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used pooja items
  • Products without original packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or phone with order details
  2. Share images/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Product pickup or return instructions will be provided

Refund / Replacement

  • Once the product is verified, we will offer:
    • Replacement, or
    • Refund (if replacement is not available)
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
