Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
At Shreyashdeep, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong product has been delivered
Refund Request Time
- Customers must request a refund within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Requests after this time may not be considered
Refund Process
- Contact us with your order details
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Once approved, refund will be initiated
Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Refund Timeline
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- It may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Product has been used or opened
- Request is made after the allowed time period
- Damage is caused due to improper handling by the customer
Cancellation Refunds
- If an order is cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued
